SEASONAL ROUTE SALES DRIVER

Responsible for sale and distribution of products on designated routes in a continuous effort to provide superior customer service and maximize sales & volume growth. Applicants must have an excellent driving record and the capability to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days from hire. Must display leadership and organizational skills. Position requires you to remain in compliance with all CDL regulations that meet CCBCHC guidelines. It is necessary for you to be willing to work some holidays and some weekends. Prior sales experience is helpful. Must be able to lift 50 lbs to deliver and merchandise product to customer accounts.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to operate a two or four wheeled hand-truck.
  • Ability to operate all types of industrial power trucks.
  • Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.
  • Ability and drive to obtain a Class A CDL

SEASONAL EQUIPMENT SERVICE TECHNICIAN

As part of the Equipment Service Team, the Equipment Service Technician is responsible for assisting in maintenance, repair, delivery, set up, moving, and/or exchange of all Company beverage equipment to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. Equipment may include vending machines, coolers, restaurant fountain and coffee dispensing equipment. Seasonal position starts 5/23/16 and ends around 9/10/16.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of general work experience required.
  • General plumbing and technical experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
  • May be required to supply hand tools.

SEASONAL WAREHOUSE WORKER

Seasonal Warehouse Worker (5/23/16-9/10/16)
As part of the Operations Team, the Warehouse Worker is responsible for pulling orders based on pick tickets to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks. This position is also responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0 – 1 year of general work experience.
  • Prior warehouse/production/equipment service experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification is a plus

The Sales Merchandiser maintains product availability and stocks and merchandises products at all designated accounts, including ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, displays and vendors are completely filled according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards. Position requires you to maintain a clear driving record and remain in compliance with all CCBCHC guidelines.

Seasonal Sales Merchandiser Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-3 years of general work experience preferred
  • Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Must be able to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.

PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT

As part of the Business Support Services Team, the Payroll Accountant is responsible for all aspects of payroll processing in accordance with all applicable wages and hour laws, reconciling fixed asset general ledger accounts, maintaining asset lists, applying depreciation methods for tax and book, and preparing financial reports. This position also prepares and files payroll tax reports, W2’s, sales/use and property tax returns. The Payroll Accountant plays an integral part in providing financial, administrative & clerical services to ensure effective, efficient & accurate financial and administrative operations.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Three years’ experience in a payroll-related position preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws to include knowledge and understanding of withholding requirements and payroll taxes.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Testing in proficiency may be required.
  • Experience with Great Plains accounting software a plus.

As a part of the Sales Team, the Sales Specialist is the primary Coca-Cola contact with the customer and is responsible for the customer relationships. The Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and managing accounts within a designated territory with the primary goal of maximizing sales and growing volume of Coca-Cola and allied brands to customers through developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring superior customer service.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required. 4-year college degree preferred. Additional sales training or education is desired.
  • 1-3 years previous sales experience. Food and beverage industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn Margin Minder (or comparable program) and compile information that will assist selling teams.
  • Above-average math skills and ability to figure profits, margins, retails, and financials are critical.
